At GoCard Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Window: Within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be included
- Sale/discounted items are non-refundable
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
